You might be facing some severe adversity at the moment, it’s never a nice place to find yourself in. However if you want to find your way out of your difficult situations you would have to allow the Holy Spirit to guide you with the Word and by His leading.
As you spend more time in the Word of God you might for instance realize that a part of your situation, if not all of it, can be resolved simply by “the renewing of your mind” (see Romans 12:2). With other words, some of your issues probably arose because of your lack of knowledge of the Word, or lack of time spent renewing your mind on a daily basis with the Word. You might not have acted very wisely in your decision making.
Directly or indirectly the devil is of course to blame as well. It just won’t help you blame it all on him if you are the one with the free will to do as you please. Let’s say you are spending lots of time in the Word and prayer and the situation really is an “attack” from the outside, you still need to pour over those scriptures in order to stand, stand and stand. If you submit to God (remember God IS LOVE – walk in love!) and resist the devil, he has no choice but to leave.
James 4:7,8 Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleansehands, sinners; and purifyhearts, double minded.
You don’t have to fight the devil, he is a defeated foe.
Colossions 2:15 having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it.
Rather put your focus on God and when the enemy pops up to torment you, remind him that he is under your feet in Jesus’ Name.
